How realtors are assessed
Candidates are drawn from state real estate commission licensing records and active local MLS or board membership. Each is checked for an active license in good standing with no open disciplinary matters.
Public review history and closed-transaction data (list-to-sale price accuracy, average days on market relative to the local market, repeat and referral business) are read for recurring themes, with particular weight on pricing honesty at listing, responsiveness, and disclosure practices. State licensing board complaint and disciplinary records are reviewed for the preceding 36 months.
