Awards published here are editorial opinion informed by public records. They are not certifications, endorsements, licences or guarantees.

We make no warranty about the workmanship, pricing, availability, licensing status or conduct of any business named on this site. Verify a business's current licence and insurance yourself before hiring.

Seal usage

A named winner may display the seal for its award, in the year of that award, provided that:

• the seal image links to its award page on this site;
• the seal is not altered, recoloured, cropped or relabelled;
• the award year is not removed or misrepresented;
• the seal is not used to imply certification, licensing or endorsement.

Any other use of the seal, the wordmark or the site name is not permitted. Use by a business that has not been named a winner is misrepresentation and we will pursue it.

Content

Site content is ours. You may quote and link to it with attribution.

Bulk copying or republishing the register is not permitted.

Withdrawal

We may withdraw any award at any time, including where the licensing or complaint position of a winner changes materially, or where seal usage breaches these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this site or from any dealing with a business named on it.
